September Song Musical Theatre Unveils Cast for "100 Years of Broadway: A Musical Revue"
WESTMINSTER, MD — The curtain rises on a century of theatrical magic. September Song Musical Theatre is thrilled to announce the talented cast for its upcoming production, 100 Years of Broadway: A Musical Revue. The show will take audiences on a nostalgic journey through a hundred years of song and dance, performing Friday, September 11th and Saturday, September 12th at 7:00 PM at McDaniel College Alumni Hall.

This special two-night event celebrates the enduring legacy of American musical theater, featuring iconic numbers from the Golden Age to modern classics. To bring this epic timeline to life, September Song Musical Theatre has assembled a unique company that blends the experience of seasoned veterans of the group with exciting new performers making their debut, alongside special guest artists from New York City.

The ensemble features a diverse group of talented performers . This production marks a special convergence of the group's history and future, uniting long-time favorites who have graced the September Song stage for years with fresh faces eager to share their talents, all supported by distinguished guest artists.

Performance Variety: Audiences can expect a dynamic evening featuring a wide array of performance styles. The cast will deliver powerful solo performances that showcase individual vocal prowess, intimate duets that highlight chemistry and harmony, and spectacular full ensemble productions that recreate the electric atmosphere of a Broadway stage.

"This production is a love letter to the art form we all cherish right here in Westminster," says Allen Cross, the executive producer of the production. "By bringing together our most experienced veterans, our newest recruits, and special guests, we've created a cast that truly represents the breadth and depth of our community. Whether they are stepping out for a solo, sharing a duet, or filling the stage as an ensemble, they bring a level of passion and shared spirit that makes this revue truly special."

  • Original Script: Written exclusively for this production by Ciaire Green, weaving together the decades with narrative flair.

  • Choreography: Created by Amy Appleby, featuring a dynamic fusion of classic tap, jazz, and contemporary styles that brings the history of Broadway to life.
  • Music & Lyrics: A sweeping medley of timeless hits spanning a century of Broadway history, featuring beloved melodies and lyrics from the industry's most celebrated songwriters.
  • Setting: An intimate evening at McDaniel College Alumni Hall, bringing the magic of the Great White Way to the heart of Westminster.
