Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions

By purchasing tickets to a SSMT event you agree to the following terms & conditions:

COVID-19 Assumption of Risk:
- Any person entering the premises associated with any SSMT event waives all civil liability against this ticketing provider, premises owner and operator for any injuries caused by the inherent risk associated with contracting COVID-19 at public gatherings, except for gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, reckless infliction of harm or intentional infliction of harm, by the individual or entity of the premises.
- Prepayment is required for all ticket reservations. NO unpaid reservations will be accepted for any event.
- All ticket sales final.
- Exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Contact the Box Office at info@septembersong.org if you have a need for an exchange.
- All events are general admission unless otherwise noted.
- No food or drink is allowed in the theater at Carroll Community College.
- The house opens 30 minutes before the start of the event.
- This policy can be changed at any time without advanced notice.
- A printed ticket or mobile ticket is REQUIRED for EACH attendee.
- Tickets purchased online are processed through SimpleTix. Your purchase will appear on your credit or check card as SQ*SEPTEMBER SONG.
- Tickets purchased through SimpleTix are subject to the SimpeTix’s Terms & Conditions and the SimpleTix Privacy Policy. These agreements are separate from SSMT’s Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions, Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy and can be changed at any time without prior notice.
- There is a small convenience fee for tickets purchased online.
- Tickets can be reprinted/reprinted by clicking Find my Tickets.
- If you require special assistance, please contact Allen Cross at 443-201-1859 at least 2 weeks in advance of the performance. If special assistance is requested the day of the event, we will make every effort to accommodate the request.
